About Nicholas

Nicholas Woelcke is a partner practising primarily in corporate and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, commercial real estate transactions, development and leasing, and finance and security matters. He has developed a practice in condominium law and often acts for condominium developers, advising both condominium corporations and property managers. Nicholas earned his B. Comm. (Hons.) from the University of Manitoba in 2009 and his J.D. in 2013, and was called to the bar in 2014. He has served as a director of Swim Manitoba since 2015, chairing its Governance Committee in 2017, and was co-president of the University of Manitoba Business Law Group.
