About Nicholas
Nicholas Mosky practices civil litigation and administrative law. He earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Victoria in 1991 and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1992, later being called to the Yukon Bar in 2021. He began his career at Randall & Company before moving to Stewart Waddell Raponi in 1998, becoming a partner there in 2000 and remaining until the firm merged with Pearlman Lindholm in early 2024. He has appeared before every level of court in British Columbia and litigated hundreds of cases, and has served as a sessional lecturer at Camosun College and the University of Victoria and presented courses for the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia. He belongs to the Law Society of British Columbia, the Law Society of Yukon, the Canadian Bar Association, and Canadian Defence Lawyers, and has held board positions with the Harmony Foundation of Canada, the YM-YWCA of Victoria, and the Craigdarroch Castle Historical Museum Society.
