Sylvanna E. Niven

About Sylvanna

Sylvanna Niven grew up in Calgary and moved to Victoria in 2013 for a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy at the University of Victoria. She then attended the University of Dundee School of Law in Scotland for her LL.B. before returning to BC, where she articled with Corvus Law focusing on wills and estate planning and civil litigation. After her call to the bar, she shifted her focus to criminal defence and family law, and now represents clients in Dawson Creek, Victoria, and the surrounding regions, including Vancouver Island and the Northern Peace Region. She has appeared in both the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia.
