About Matt

Matthew Dolmage is an associate at JB Lawyers practising business law, wills and estate planning, estate administration, and residential and commercial real estate. He advises owner-managed businesses on corporate matters, commercial transactions, contract disputes, employment agreements and disputes, and succession planning. Before law school he worked for the BC Legislative Assembly and ran his own business; he began his legal career in Dawson Creek, spent three years in Northern BC, then relocated to Victoria in 2020 and joined JB Lawyers in 2022. He holds a BA (2007) and a JD (2016) from the University of Victoria and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2018.
