About Jesse
Jesse Standing is an associate in the Corporate Group at Osler's Calgary office, working on private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and project development in the energy sector. Standing advises upstream producers, midstream operators, and developers on transactions spanning the energy value chain, from conventional and unconventional oil and gas projects to carbon capture and renewable power. Jesse also assists clients with negotiating long-term commercial agreements tied to these projects. Standing earned a J.D. from the University of Calgary and holds an undergraduate degree in social science from the University of Victoria.
