About Teodora

Teodora Manova is a co-founder and senior lawyer at Nexus. Before practising in Quebec she worked as a trial judge and as a lawyer at the Bureau de la Sécurité Privée. Her practice serves clients on work permits, study permits, spousal and child sponsorship, and applications for permanent residency, extension and reinstatement of status, and she also practises family law, including divorce, child custody and child support, often in files that combine immigration and family law issues such as sponsorship or the recognition of foreign divorce judgments. She was admitted to the Barreau de Sofia in Bulgaria in 1996 and to the Barreau du Québec in 2009, and holds law diplomas from the University of Sofia and the University of Quebec in Montreal. She works in French, Spanish, Bulgarian and Russian.
