About Neal
Neal Altman is a partner whose litigation practice centers on construction disputes, though he also handles corporate, commercial, and real estate matters. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, its Divisional Court, the Court of Appeal, the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal, the Landlord and Tenant Board, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. Alongside advocacy, Neal places significant weight on alternative dispute resolution and has negotiated many favourable settlements for clients at mediation. He earned an Honours Specialization in Political Science from Western University in 2014, then completed his Juris Doctor at Osgoode Hall Law School in 2017. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2018 and belongs to both the Ontario Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association.
