About Alexandra

Alexandra is a corporate lawyer who primarily supports clients in the energy and natural resources sector, advising on environmental regulatory matters and general corporate transactions and financing, including ESG reporting. She gained experience in the renewables space during articling, particularly in wind projects, and completed a secondment to an energy company's in-house legal team on electricity matters. Alexandra serves as Vice Chair of the Environmental, Energy & Resources Law Section of the Canadian Bar Association's Nova Scotia branch and chairs McInnes Cooper's Collective Social Responsibility Committee in Halifax. She holds a J.D. from the University of New Brunswick and a B.Sc. in Biology from St. Francis Xavier University, and was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2023.
