About Nathan
Nathan Wainwright is a partner at Cheadles LLP who practices with the firm's litigation team, handling a wide range of disputes from complex commercial and construction cases to real estate litigation and labour and employment matters. His clients have included private companies, public sector entities, financial institutions, professionals, estates, and individuals, and he has prosecuted and defended claims at trial and on appeal at all levels of court in Ontario. He has served on Lakehead University's Board of Governors and on the board of Joseph's Foundation of Thunder Bay. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2020 after earning his Juris Doctor and an MBA from Lakehead University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Geography.
