About Jeremy

Jeremy Kirk is an associate lawyer at Cheadles LLP and a member of the firm's litigation team, assisting clients with contractual matters, labour and employment issues, construction claims, property disputes, and estate litigation. He first joined the firm as a summer student, then articled there before being called to the Bar of Ontario in 2023. Jeremy earned his Juris Doctor with distinction from the University of Ottawa in 2022 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, summa cum laude, from the University of North Dakota, where he played on the university's Division I golf team on an athletic scholarship and served as team captain. He is a director of the Thunder Bay District Golf Association and the Fort William Country Club.
