About Nathan

Nathan Ische's practice covers a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisition, financing, development, sale, and leasing of development and investment properties. He has acted for clients at all stages of the development process and is familiar with the Real Estate Development Marketing Act, the Strata Property Act, and the Land Title Act. He also has experience structuring ownership vehicles for real estate development projects. Nathan obtained a BA from Dalhousie University in 2014 and a JD from Queen's University in 2017, and was called to the bar in British Columbia and Ontario in 2018. He is a member of the Urban Development Institute, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Vancouver Bar Association, and co-authored a chapter of the 2019 BC Real Estate Practice Manual.
