About Natalie Miller

Employee-side employment law sits at the centre of Natalie Miller's work, alongside labour law, human rights complaints, civil litigation and appeals. Miller is an associate lawyer with Unified LLP, part of the firm's Employment and Labour Group, and takes on a wide spread of workplace problems for the people facing them.

During law school at the University of Toronto, Miller co-led the student group Out in Law, volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada and served as Submissions Manager for the Indigenous Law Journal. Hands-on work included tenant housing cases as a caseworker at Downtown Legal Services, and Miller brings experience from Legal Aid Ontario as well. Promoting access to justice remains a commitment: today Miller volunteers with The 519 and Pro Bono Ontario.

Before moving to Unified, Miller articled at a full-service Toronto firm and stayed on to practise there. A job can shape much of a person's life, and Miller makes a point of practising with compassion and empathy. Away from the office, you'll find Miller outdoors camping, hiking or skiing, or out enjoying live music.
