About Joel

Joel Michaud, K.C., operates from Pink Larkin's Fredericton office, applying experience in negotiation, litigation, and mediation across Atlantic Canada and Quebec. He advises clients in labour relations, employment law, professional regulation, and general litigation for both public and private sector clients, appearing before all levels of court in New Brunswick, the Federal Court, and the Supreme Court of Canada. In administrative law, he serves as counsel to professional self-regulated associations on public complaints, licensing, and governance issues, and holds certifications as a workplace investigator and mediator. He maintains a busy third-party practice handling arbitrations, mediations, and workplace investigations. He earned his LL.B. from the Universite de Moncton and was called to the New Brunswick bar in 1992; he previously held a Nova Scotia bar call from 1993 that has since lapsed.
