About Myriam

Myriam is a bilingual corporate and commercial lawyer in McInnes Cooper's Fredericton office, advising founders, growing tech companies, and established businesses through incorporation, shareholder and founder arrangements, commercial contracts (including SaaS, licensing, and partner agreements), financings, mergers and acquisitions, and reorganizations. She works closely with each client's business model and collaborates with colleagues in privacy, employment, tax, and IP to deliver integrated advice on complex or fast-moving deals. Her client base spans first-time founders to established enterprises across Atlantic Canada and beyond. Myriam earned her J.D. from the University of New Brunswick in 2019 and was called to the New Brunswick bar in 2020. She belongs to the Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of New Brunswick, and the Canadian Technology Law Association.
