About Neala

Neala Kielley is a Partner in the St. John's office of Cox & Palmer, where she practices mainly in administrative law, human rights law and litigation. She began her career with the firm as a summer student in 2017 and was called to the Newfoundland and Labrador Bar in February 2020. She earned her Juris Doctor from Dalhousie University after completing a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours, Co-operative) at Memorial University, where she received the Faculty of Business Administration Dean's Award in 2016.
