About Mona

Mona Mikhael is an associate at Nelligan Law, where she practises employment law after previously working in civil litigation at a regional firm. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and a Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa, where she completed the French Common Law Program with a specialization in dispute resolution. Mikhael is fluent in English and French, has courtroom advocacy experience in both languages, and has working knowledge of Spanish and Arabic. She has supported charitable initiatives including the Najah Ayoub Foundation.
