Michel Chartrand is a partner in the firm's Ottawa office and a member of the Intellectual Property Group. His practice focuses on national and international trademark prosecution and litigation, including trademark clearance, prosecution, portfolio management, opposition and expungement proceedings, infringement, and anti-counterfeiting matters. He also advises on trademark issues relating to copyright, licensing, domain names, and information technology. He is a registered trademark agent with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office.
