About Navin

Navin is co-chair of the firm's Competition, Antitrust and Foreign Investment group and advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, cartel investigations and abuse of dominance matters. He's recognized as an expert on Canada's foreign investment laws and the Investment Canada Act, including national security issues. From 2018 to 2019, he served as General Counsel and Senior Enforcement Advisor to the Competition Bureau, where he led numerous high-profile enforcement matters.
