About Ryan

Ryan M. Prendergast graduated from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2010, joining Carters as an associate and becoming a partner in 2018. His practice focuses on corporate and tax advice for charities and non-profit organizations, including anti-spam compliance, CRA registrations and audits, and charity amalgamations.
