About Mitchell
Mitchell Selly is a Partner at MacIsaac & Company, practising personal injury litigation with a focus on motor vehicle accidents and occupier's liability (slip-and-fall) claims. His caseload has included brain trauma, orthopedic conditions, psychiatric disorders, vestibular injuries, and chronic pain and soft-tissue injuries. He earned a B.A. from Simon Fraser University and an LL.B. from the University of Victoria in 2003, and began practising in Victoria after completing his articles in 2004. He is a member of the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia and a former executive council member of the Victoria Bar Association, including a term as its president. He emphasizes individualized representation, noting that similar injuries can affect different people very differently. He practises from the firm's Victoria office, with additional offices in Duncan and Courtenay.
