About Mitchell

Mitchell Selly is a Partner at MacIsaac & Company, practising personal injury litigation with a focus on motor vehicle accidents and occupier's liability (slip-and-fall) claims. His caseload has included brain trauma, orthopedic conditions, psychiatric disorders, vestibular injuries, and chronic pain and soft-tissue injuries. He earned a B.A. from Simon Fraser University and an LL.B. from the University of Victoria in 2003, and began practising in Victoria after completing his articles in 2004. He is a member of the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia and a former executive council member of the Victoria Bar Association, including a term as its president.
