About Sinclair
Sinclair Mar has over 25 years of legal practice and has appeared at all levels of the British Columbia courts and in many tribunals. He earned his law degree at the University of British Columbia and was called to the Bars of both British Columbia and Yukon. His practice covers corporate law, civil litigation, immigration law, estate law, and real estate law, and he works with clients from countries including Singapore, France, England, Hong Kong, China, and Taiwan. He was awarded the CFAX Community Leader of the Year Award in 2009 and has served on the boards of several community organizations, including the Victoria Dragon Boat Festival Society and the Chinese-Canadian National Culture Centre.
