About Sean

Sean has practised exclusively in workplace law throughout his career, handling employment contract analysis, shareholder agreements, dismissals, discrimination, and unpaid wage claims. He has appeared in the British Columbia Provincial Court and Supreme Court, the Alberta Court of King's Bench, and administrative tribunals including the BC Human Rights Tribunal and WorkSafeBC. A third-generation Kelowna resident, Sean particularly enjoys serving clients in the Okanagan and BC interior.
