About Monika
Monika Taylor is an associate at Dives, Harper, Stanger & Mizrahi, which she joined in 2022. She completed her law degree at the University of British Columbia, where she was an active member of the Indigenous Law Students Association, and was called to the bar in 2019 after articling with a full-service law firm in Richmond. Prior to law school, she earned an undergraduate degree in Textile Sciences from the University of Manitoba. Before joining the firm, she practiced at a boutique insurance defence firm, defending a variety of bodily injury claims. Her general civil litigation practice includes insurance defence, employment and human rights matters, as well as construction, commercial litigation, and debtor/creditor actions.
