About Michelle

Michelle Kudlats is a partner at Neinstein Personal Injury Lawyers. Her docket includes personal injury litigation such as car accidents, occupier's liability, long-term disability, and medical malpractice claims. She has broad experience before tribunals, in arbitrations, and at trial, including a recent win in Hemmings (litigation guardian of) v Peng in 2022. Michelle graduated from the University of Western Ontario Law School after completing an Honours degree in Political Science focused on the judicial system and public policy. She is often invited to speak on medical-legal subjects, including at the University Health Network's Brain Injury Conference. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2011 and belongs to the Ontario Bar Association.
