Gary Neinstein, KC, founded Neinstein Personal Injury Lawyers LLP and has spent 50 years practising civil litigation exclusively, becoming an early figure in Canadian personal injury law. His work spans motor vehicle accidents, long-term disability claims, medical malpractice, product liability, slip and fall and property loss, brain injury, and insurance disputes, with a focus on clients whose compensation has been denied.
