Daniela Pacheco is a partner and Head of Medical Malpractice at Neinstein, where her practice is dedicated to plaintiff-side medical malpractice and traumatic injury litigation. She regularly acts as counsel in complex, multi-party medical malpractice trials and appeals, with numerous appearances before the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal. Her recent case work includes a 2025 win at the Alberta Court of King's Bench in KB v Guhle, where the court found a physician's failure to meet the standard of care led to catastrophic injuries in an 11-month-old patient, along with appeal victories in Farej v Fellows and Hasan v Trillium Health Centre. Daniela sits on the Board of Directors of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, previously chaired its Medical Malpractice Section, and chaired its Women's Caucus for two years, earning an OTLA Women's Caucus Award in 2017. She is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and the University of Toronto, was called to the Ontario bar in 2010, and became a Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation with the Law Society of Ontario in 2025.
