About Douglass

Douglass Dawson counsels public and private companies through complex corporate transactions, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. Drawing on extensive transactional experience, she gives clients practical guidance on acquisitions, divestitures, consortium deals, shareholder arrangements, joint ventures and a range of other corporate matters. Douglass also teaches mergers and acquisitions as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Toronto's Faculty of Law, through its Global Professional Master of Laws program. She holds a J.D. and a B.A. (Honours) from Queen's University.
