About Erik
Erik Joffe is a partner at Neinstein Personal Injury Lawyers concentrating on personal injury and class action cases. His docket includes claims tied to long-term care home negligence, car accidents, disputes over accident benefits, occupier's liability, and long-term disability. He has represented clients before several courts and tribunals in Ontario, and currently helps lead a class action against Chartwell alleging negligence during the COVID-19 pandemic. Erik completed his JD at Queen's University in 2012 and was called to the Ontario bar the following year.
