About Erik

Erik Joffe is a partner at Neinstein Personal Injury Lawyers concentrating on personal injury and class action cases. His docket includes claims tied to long-term care home negligence, car accidents, disputes over accident benefits, occupier's liability, and long-term disability. He has represented clients before several courts and tribunals in Ontario, and currently helps lead a class action against Chartwell alleging negligence during the COVID-19 pandemic. Erik completed his JD at Queen's University in 2012 and was called to the Ontario bar the following year. He volunteers with the Brain Injury Society of Toronto and Lawyers Feed the Hungry, and Best Lawyers recognized him in 2025.
