About James
James Dilworth is an associate lawyer at Tupman & Bloom LLP practising estate litigation. He joined the firm in 2022 after working at a boutique firm focused on estate litigation. James holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Western Ontario, a Master of Arts in History from Trent University, and a Juris Doctor from Queen's University, and he attended the Bader International Study Centre in Herstmonceux, England for an intensive program in international law. During law school he competed in the Jessup International Law Moot and worked at the Kingston Community Legal Clinic representing low-income residents before administrative tribunals. James focuses on clear communication with clients and finding practical resolutions in what is often an acrimonious area of law.
