About Michel
Michel Fabre is a criminal defence lawyer who previously served for five years as an Assistant Crown Attorney in Ontario, prosecuting driving, property, violent, sexual, and firearms offences in the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice, and contributing to homicide prosecutions. His experience as a prosecutor informs his approach to defence work, including resolution negotiations, Charter litigation, and pre-trial motions. While with the Crown, he also acted as counsel in Drug Treatment Court. He was admitted to the Law Society of Ontario in 2021 and the Law Society of British Columbia in 2026, and now practises in British Columbia, accepting Legal Aid BC referrals.
