About Tyler
Tyler Berg is a partner working out of the Vancouver office, representing taxpayers in disputes over income tax, GST/HST, and various provincial taxes, from audit stage through to court. He's appeared for clients before the Tax Court of Canada, the Federal Court, and the Federal Court of Appeal. Tyler studied at the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC, completing the Business Law Concentration, and competed in the Bowman National Tax Moot and the Hockey Arbitration Competition of Canada in 2016 and 2017. He was called to the British Columbia bar in 2018 and completed the CPA In-Depth Tax Program in 2022, and he holds an Honours BSc in Physics from UBC's Okanagan campus.
