Jillian Gamez joined KazLaw in 2024 and helps manage its Edmonton office, which opened in 2025. She has over 12 years of experience representing plaintiffs in complex personal injury and civil litigation matters, previously practising at a leading Edmonton personal injury firm. Her practice focuses on serious injuries including sexual abuse survivors, chronic pain, orthopedic injuries, traumatic brain injuries, psychological trauma, and wrongful death claims, and she also maintains a solicitor practice in wills, estates, real estate, and guardianship matters. She is Chair of the Alberta Civil Trial Lawyers' Association (ACTLA), Co-Chair of the ACTLA Seminar Committee, and a Director of the Edmonton Bar Association, and is a past recipient of the LEAF Edmonton Recognition Award.
