About Daniel

Daniel Lanfranconi practises across patents, trademarks, copyrights and industrial designs, with a focus on drafting and prosecuting patents for global companies, startups and individual inventors, plus IP litigation before the Federal Court of Canada, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. Before becoming a lawyer he practised as a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario for almost 20 years, designing integrated circuits.
