About Michael
Michael Polowin is a partner in the firm's Ottawa office and the leader of the National Municipal Law Group. With more than 30 years of experience, he advises on development, municipal and planning law, and commercial real property through all stages of acquisition, financing, and development. He has acted for major developers throughout Ontario and has extensive experience in development-related agreements, subdivision arrangements, and expropriation matters. He has written extensively on municipal and planning law and is co-author of Manual for Elected Municipal Officials - Ontario.
