About Siobhan

Siobhan Morris is an associate with a broad practice in commercial, administrative, and constitutional law, with particular experience in judicial reviews of administrative action, regulatory advice, access to information requests, and national security matters. She has clerked at the Supreme Court of Canada for Chief Justice Richard Wagner and at the Federal Court of Appeal for Justice Judith Woods, and she acts as a Supreme Court of Canada agent. Siobhan earned an LL.M. from Harvard Law School in 2023, writing her thesis on judicial independence and AI tools, and holds a J.D. from Queen's University, where she received the Dean's Gold Scholar Award and the Medal in Law. She holds an enhanced Government of Canada security clearance and has acted as amicus curiae in designated proceedings under the Canada Evidence Act, and she served as commission counsel to the Foreign Interference Commission.
