Siobhan earned an LL.M. from Harvard Law School in 2023, writing her thesis on judicial independence and AI tools, and holds a J.D. from Queen's University, where she received the Dean's Gold Scholar Award and the Medal in Law. She holds an enhanced Government of Canada security clearance and has acted as amicus curiae in designated proceedings under the Canada Evidence Act, and she served as commission counsel to the Foreign Interference Commission.
