About Sara
Sara Franklin White is an associate in Osler's Health Industry Group, working on corporate, commercial, and regulatory healthcare matters. Sara advises clients ranging from emerging and high-growth companies to established health industry participants on corporate transactions, commercial agreements, and regulatory issues involving drugs, medical devices, and food. Sara joined the firm as a summer student in 2021 and completed articles from 2022 to 2023. From 2023 to 2025, Sara worked as an associate in Osler's Emerging and High Growth Companies Group, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, venture capital, and general corporate matters. Sara holds a JD from Queen's University, an MSc from McMaster University, and a BHSc (Honours) from Western University.
