About Michael
Michael Pede is part of Osler's Corporate Group, with a practice centred on M&A, corporate finance, securities, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. Michael has worked on a range of merger and acquisition transactions, including share and asset deals, private equity transactions, and plans of arrangement, and has supported energy-related and complex restructuring and recapitalization work. Michael earned a J.D. from the University of Saskatchewan and a B.A. from the University of Victoria, and belongs to the Law Society of Alberta. Michael is also a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Calgary Bar Association.
