About Michael
Michael Pasternack is a partner in Chaitons' Corporate and Commercial Group. He has over 20 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and general corporate and commercial matters. Michael also regularly helps medical professionals buy and sell their practices, drawing on his experience representing mid-size to large corporations to understand their internal legal needs. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2000, after earning his LL.B. from Queen's University Faculty of Law in 1998 and a B.A. in Political Science from York University in 1995.
