About Aran
Aran Kwinta is a partner at Chaitons LLP whose practice spans securities transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and corporate reorganizations and business relationships. Before joining the firm in 1996 he was a partner at another established Toronto firm, where he practised corporate and commercial law. He graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1982 and was called to the bar two years later, and he has since represented and advised a wide range of private and public sector corporate clients. He has taught the Business Law Section of the Bar Admission Course and served on the editorial board of Mergers and Acquisitions in Canada, and he continues to write articles and speak at professional conferences.
