About Michael

Michael Gillis is a partner in Cox & Palmer's Saint John office, focusing on corporate and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions and real estate transactions and financings. He earned his LL.B. from the University of New Brunswick in 2002 and a BA from the University of New Brunswick, Saint John in 1996, and was called to the New Brunswick bar in 2003. Michael chairs the firm's New Brunswick Articling and Summer Student Committee and has served as a director of St. Joseph's Hospital Foundation and Uptown Saint John Inc.
