About Aaron

Aaron Savage is a partner in Cox & Palmer's Fredericton office, advising clients on corporate, commercial, tax and estate planning matters including the purchase and sale of businesses, corporate reorganizations, equity financings, corporate governance, family trusts and commercial real estate. He obtained his law degree and Master of Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick in 2001 and was called to the New Brunswick bar in 2002. Aaron is registered with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office as a trademark agent, is an Accredited Director through ICSA, and has taught law and corporate governance at the University of New Brunswick's MBA program. He sits on the board of directors of the Fredericton International Airport Authority, where he chairs the Governance Committee, and previously served on the board of the Canadian Mental Health Association, New Brunswick. He has been recognized in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory as a leading practitioner in banking and finance, corporate commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, and property development.
