About Adam

Adam King is a partner in Cox & Palmer's Fredericton office. He obtained his law degree from the University of New Brunswick in 2013 and was called to the New Brunswick bar in 2014, having earlier earned a Bachelor of Arts at Dartmouth College while playing varsity squash. His practice covers corporate and commercial law, including incorporations, reorganizations and share and asset purchases; estates and trusts, including wills, powers of attorney and estate administration; and real estate, including purchases, sales, leases, mortgages and refinancing for residential and commercial properties. He has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in Canada for real estate law and in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory for estate and personal tax planning and property development. Within the firm, Adam is a member of the Regional Start-Ups Practice Group and the Regional Estates & Trusts Practice Group.
