About Meagan

Meagan J. Swan is a partner with extensive experience in civil litigation, covering business and commercial law, employment law for both employers and employees, estate litigation, and administrative and health law. She joined the firm in 2015 after practising as a litigation partner at Fogler, Rubinoff LLP in Toronto, where she focused on large corporate and commercial litigation and employment matters and completed the Osgoode Certificate in Health Law. Meagan has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, the Court of Appeal, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, and has led numerous workplace investigations. She also assists clients with mediation and mediation-arbitration. Meagan earned her LL.B. from the University of Ottawa in 2008 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2009.
