About Evan

Evan Morden is an associate with broad civil litigation experience covering employment, corporate/commercial, and construction matters. He grew up in Cambridge and studied at the University of Western Ontario, earning a BSc with a double major in medical sciences and biology before completing an honours specialization in psychology. After his JD from the University of Calgary in 2021, he was called to the Alberta Bar in 2022 and the Ontario Bar in 2024. He relocated his practice from Calgary to join the firm in 2025 and favours principled negotiation to reach efficient outcomes, while being prepared to take matters to trial when needed. He is a member of the Shades Mill Law Association, the Waterloo Region Law Association, and the Law Society of Ontario.
