About Ahmed

Ahmed Elahi is an associate who came to Pavey Law with litigation experience gained across Ontario, representing individuals and businesses in employment, commercial, real estate, and estates disputes. In his prior practice he also served as preferred counsel to the Lawyers' Professional Indemnity Company on professional liability matters. He appears before a range of judicial and administrative bodies, including regularly at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and takes a practical, client-focused approach that favours efficient resolution. He completed his J.D. at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, where he received the Law Society of Ontario Education Equity Award and competed in mooting, and he also holds an Honours B.A. with high distinction from the same university. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2022 and belongs to the Shades Mill Law Association, the Waterloo Region Law Association, and the Law Society of Ontario.
