About Matthew
Matthew Knoll was called to the Manitoba Bar in June 2021 and is building a corporate and commercial practice, assisting clients with business ventures including purchases and sales of assets and shares, commercial real estate transactions, corporate organization, governance, restructuring, and financing for lenders and borrowers. Matthew sits on the Board of Directors for the Canadian Sport Centre of Manitoba, which supports current and aspiring Olympic and Paralympic athletes training in Manitoba. Matthew earned a Juris Doctorate from Robson Hall at the University of Manitoba and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Philosophy, also from the University of Manitoba.
