About Phillip

Phillip Cramer is an attorney practising family law, criminal law, and general practice matters in Winnipeg. He was called to the bar in June 1989 and practises primarily in family law and civil litigation. Before becoming a lawyer, he worked as a newspaper reporter and editor, and while at the University of Manitoba's Faculty of Law he served as the Western Canada Bureau Chief of The Lawyers Weekly. He holds an LL.B. from the University of Manitoba and a B.Sc. in Mathematics from the University of Winnipeg.
