About Martyn

Martyn Siek joined BSLSC in 2026 as an associate focusing on employment and commercial litigation. He previously articled with a Toronto boutique known for environmental law before moving into corporate, commercial and employment practice, and he has recently appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal in employment matters. Martyn earned his LLB from the University of Birmingham in 2019, where he served as a student representative and sat on the Pro Bono Committee. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2022. Before law school he completed an H.BSc in Integrated Sciences at McMaster University and was recognized as an Academic All-Canadian on the swim team.
