About Bailey

Bailey Duller is a partner at BSLSC practising family law and estate litigation. She joined the firm's family law team in 2017 after gaining trial and appellate experience on high-conflict cases at a well-regarded family litigation practice, and her work now spans both financial and parenting disputes. She articled at the Barbra Schlifer Commemorative Clinic representing women survivors of violence, where she helped draft an intervenor factum for a Supreme Court of Canada case, and she brings that trauma-informed sensibility to matters involving domestic violence. Bailey is also growing a collaborative family law practice aimed at negotiated, child-focused settlements. She earned her JD from Dalhousie's Schulich School of Law in 2013, was a Dean's List Scholar, and was called to the bar in 2014.
