About Martin

Martin St-Onge heads the Real Estate Law Group at Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall, specializing in commercial real estate transactions, leasing, mortgage enforcement, secured financing and infrastructure projects. He represents several of Canada's largest financial institutions in lending and secured financing matters, and has been with the firm's Real Estate Law Group since being called to the bar in 2003, having joined as an articling student in 2002. St-Onge is a graduate of the University of Ottawa's French Common Law program and began his studies with a Bachelor of Arts at Laurentian University in Sudbury. He was named The Best Lawyers in Canada's Ottawa Lawyer of the Year for Real Estate Law in 2026, has been recognized in the publication continuously since 2019, and volunteers with the Ottawa Food Bank and the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
